Two-storey spacious property with private pool,
wi fi, A/C. 

Our property has lake and mountain views with private swimming pool. All amenities are at hand a car is not needed. The port of Alcudia beach is approx. 150 metres from our property.

As you enter the hallway of Casa Llac there is a utility room with Washing Machine on the left then a toilet room. The kitchen is on the right and has all electrical appliances along with a small table and chairs for 3 people, there is a door leading out to the front of the property.

The lounge area is at the end of the hallway with dining facilities, satellite TV, wi fi and reverse cycle air conditioning. There is also a sofa / Bed that can be used for extra occupancy. There are very large patio doors giving great views of the private swimming pool and mountains from the lounge area this then leads to a conservatory with dining facilities. This then opens out to the private swimming pool 6m x 2.20m with pool depths of 1.60-1.10 entering via steps along with sun loungers. BBQ available. At the end of the garden is a private gate where you can take a leisurely stroll around the lake.

The second floor of our property consists of a double bedroom with en-suite, bath with overhead shower also walk in wardrobes.  There are patio doors leading to a good-sized terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool, lake and mountains. Reverse cycle air conditioning. There is a twin bedroom with reverse cycle air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. The third bedroom has cabin style beds with patio doors to a small standing balcony. Fully air-conditioned.

There is private parking for one car and free street parking.

Local information

The Port of Alcudia has the largest sandiest beach on the Island and is 10km long. There is a pedestrian walkway to walk/run/skate… from one end of the Port to the area of Playa de Muro and the holiday resort of Can Picafort. There is every water sport imaginable along this coast. There is also a water park “Hidro park” less than a mile away..
The resort is very popular with cyclists both casual cyclists and the elite, the annual “Iron man event” takes place in the port of Acudia and our property is ideally situated for this race.

Port of Alcudia lies in the north of Mallorca some 60 km from Palma. It is a very friendly, family resort with glorious beaches and a good selection of bars and restaurants, which attract visitors from all over Europe as well as many Spanish tourists. It is certainly one of the island’s most cosmopolitan resorts.

A short walk or bus ride away is the old town of Alcudia. The old town was the capital of Mallorca in Roman times, although originally dating back even further to the Phoenician and Greek times. You can visit the Roman ruins, museum and the Roman Amphiteatre.

Alcudia town has a market twice a week within the walled town. Tuesdays and Sundays not to be missed. Local buses run every 15 minutes to the town.
There are local buses available to take you to other resorts as well as to Palma City.
The nearest golf club is Alcanada, which is a couple of miles away from the port, Or a short drive / bus ride away is Pollensa Golf Club.

Gepflegtes Reihenhaus in Alcudia

Wir haben uns in den Tagen von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht.der Pool und Garten war sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Betten waren ok und der Blick auf den See ist ein Highlight gewesen. Wir hatten eine gute zeit in Alcudia und würden diesen Haus bestimmt wieder mieten. An dieser Stelle bedanken wir uns bei Carlos, die sehr nett und aufgeschlossen zu uns waren.

Family time

Fantastic location and a Great property close to shops and restaurants. A short walk to a beautiful 7km long sandy beach and warm sea water. The Hosts organised transfers from the airport and back again and were very helpful when we arrived in the villa. The villa was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The pool was big enough for our children to play in but not so big we had to worry about them. They loved it! We had an excellent quality family time together. We will definitely come back and would choose this villa again.

An amazing experience, amazing property,definitely recommend

We are a family of 6, we returned from a 10-night stay a few days ago. From the minute we arrived were greeted by the lovely owner who showed us around and how everything worked. This property is spacious and they have thought of everything. In the garden there is a lovely pool, sun loungers, BBQ again everything you need. The garden has a gate that leads out onto the lovely lake with stunning views, where you can take a stroll round. The property is in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. All amenities nearby. Overall there is nothing negative to say and Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Extra Costs

Electricity: Due to the low rental cost of our villas and the high cost of electric, for each weekly rental a limit of 200 kw per week is included in the villa costing. If you use more than 200kw then there is a surcharge of 0.20 cents per extra KW used.

Extra occupancy: If all beds are fully occupied and extra people wish to use the sofa bed that is available, there is a surcharge per person per week. Please enquire to get a correct quotation
