Private Countryside / Rural villa only 2km drive to all amenities. Private swimming pool sleeps 6 people in beds, also a sofa bed for an additional two people.
Arriving by the main front door that leads into the entrance hall where you will find an open plan living room and dining area with a log fire available for those cooler months. We also provide the wood. Complete with Satellite TV, DVD machine with WI fi available. Dining table and chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, Very well equipped for dining at home.

We were very pleased with our stay at the villa. We very much enjoyed the private rural surroundings and the pool. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We can recommend the place for a vacation with children and to people who like to relax at Mallorca. A rental car is required due to the location unless you like to cycle/walk.

Leading from the lounge area is a patio door that takes you to the outside terrace area with alfresco dining facilities 62m2. This is also great when needing some rest bite from the sun but which to watch others in the pool/garden area, you can also find a basketball basket. The terrace overlooks the private swimming pool. Size 5.50 x 3 depths are 1.35 – 1.70m. Access into the pool is by steps. There are 6 sunbeds available with shower by the pool.

Villa Son Cortana (For up to 12 people) is next to this villa, so Villa Els Ametllers and Son Cortana would be ideal for families / groups of up to 20 people.

There is also outside access to a second bathroom with Toilet, Sink and Shower. The ground of the property has a table tennis table. There is a Carport with shade for the car and also an outside laundry area. At the carport, there is a basketball basket.
We also supply adult bikes for use during your stay, 2 children’s bikes suitable for 2 -5 years old and two other bikes for slightly older children.

Local information
The village of Sencelles and Costitx is 5 km away. The town of Inca is approx. 2 km away with a very popular market on a Thursday and is well know for its leather products. There are plenty of shops, great restaurants with bars and supermarkets. There is a bus station linking the town to other parts of the island and Palma. Also a great train service which links the North to the South.
Our property is in a region called Es Raiguer, which is in the centre of the island.
For those that like cycling either recreational or competitive there are lots of different routes to choose from when leaving our property. As the Tramuntana mountain range is nearby there is lots of sightseeing right on your doorstep.
Caimari, Selva, Manacor de Vall Lluc, Buger, Campanet. If you like visiting bodegas there are lots to choose from within the area.
The nearest beach is the Port of Pollensa or Port of Alcudia these are approx. a 15 minute drive away. There is also a water park in the Port of Alcudia.

Simplemente PERFECTO
Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una semana fantástica en esta preciosa casa en Inca. La casa es tal y como se puede ver en las fotos. Lo mejor es la tranquilidad que se respira y la comodidad de la casa teniendo todo junto , piscina , barbacoa , vivienda y sobretodo tranquilidad. Tengo que destacar el equipamiento de la casa tiene de todo, horno, microondas, wifi, tele…. en definitiva completamente equipada. Cómo nota final destacar la amabilidad y atención de los propietarios , siempre atentos a nuestras peticiones y deseosos de informarnos de toda la actividad de la Isla y de sus mejores lugares. Gracias por todo Carlos.

Lovely house with nice views around it
We really enjoyed staying at this villa, 4 adults and 4 children. It is much better than the pictures show, very clean inside. The owners are lovely people, one day they brought traditional Spanish desert, which was very tasty and we were thankful for that. The villa is in the middle of the island; so all attractions and beaches are easy accessible. Inca has everything you need regarding amenities. Barbecue is nice and easy to use. Plenty of bikes to use we all enjoyed our daily competition with the table tennis table; kids loved “dunking” basketball, board games to play. We really had an amazing time at villa. Thanks to the Carlos and Antonia.

Extra Costs
Electricity: Due to the low rental cost of our villas and the high cost of electric, for each weekly rental a limit of 200 kw per week is included in the villa costing. If you use more than 200kw then there is a surcharge of 0.20 cents per extra KW used.
Extra occupancy: If all beds are fully occupied and extra people wish to use the sofa bed that is available, there is a surcharge per person per week. Please enquire to get a correct quotation
