Our property is available all year round and has reverse cycle air conditioning and radiators in all rooms. Located in the centre of the town of Inca, Just 80 metres from the train station linking Inca to the centre of Palma and other places of interest.

The Bus station is 100 metres away linking Inca to most parts of the island including Palma and beach resorts.

The ground floor we have a large private garage for 2 cars, plenty of room to store sports equipment securely. The entrance into our property is via stairs to a raised property on the first floor.

There is a cabin-style twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, leading to a twin bedroom x 90 both of these bedrooms lead to a large balcony. There are two family bathrooms each with a bath and overhead shower. The third bedroom is a double bedroom 1.50m with wardrobes with views over the garden.

There is a large lounge area with 2 sofas to cater for 8 people. One of these is also a sofa bed to cater for 7/8th person, flat-screen smart TV available, satellite and Internet access. From the lounge area there is access to a large balcony. Separate dining room with dining facilities. A fully equipped kitchen that has all electrical appliances and well equipped for home cooking; the kitchen leads to a large covered terrace with alfresco dining, BBQ and a door leading to the laundry room and dispenser.

From the terrace area there are stairs that take you down to the ground floor garden area. The garden area has fruit trees a large terrace and access to the private pool. Access into the pool is by steps the pool size is 9m x 2.5m, pool depths are1,90 – 0,50 In the shallow end there is a seat for those wishing to sit, relax and cool off.

Private garage area, big enough for 2 cars and to store any sports equipment securely.

Local information

There is a weekly market every Thursday where you can find typical and quality products.

For architecture lovers there is “Santa Maria la Mayor” church in baroque style, “Convent of Sant Domingo”, “Convent of Sant Francesc” and the “Monastery of Sant Bartomeu”. You can also visit the “Can Monrroig Gallery”.

Among the diversity of hiking trails that Inca offers, there is the “Puig of Santa Magdalena”,about three hous long that offers spectacular views of the entire island and with a restaurant. There is also another well-knwon excursion of Mallorca “Lluc a peu” passing throught the villages of Selva and Caimari arriving at the “Lluc Monastery” whit varied offer of cultural, shops and restaurants.

In Inca there is a great gastronomic variety to eat, standig up the “Cellers”, old wine cellars refurbished and converted into restaurants, where Mediterranean food is offered and espedially Mallorcan food.

C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement cette fois-ci, nous avons invité notre fille et sa famille.

Les enfants et les adultes ont adoré la piscine, il y avait même des jouets à disposition pour les enfants et un vélo!

Très propre et calme, sauf pour le bruit étrange des animaux car il y a une ferme à proximité avec des chevaux, des ânes, des poules et des moutons, une belle campagne mais à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre d’Inca

Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Liebte die Terrassen und verbrachte viel Zeit dort draußen entspannend. Der Pool ist kein großer Pool, aber für uns kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

What a lovely villa the photos do not do it justice. Very clean.  We loved staying here! There is a supermarket just 5 minutes away! The area was very quiet with a private pool which was perfect!

The barbecue was used on most days! We visited lots of places during our stay all within a 30-minute drive.

We met Carlos and his lovely wife and daughter when they called to clean the pool. We had a few stormy days during our stay and they called and left some lovely Spanish cakes  😀 We loved this villa, area and will return again soon and visit more places on this beautiful island.  A big thank you to Carlos and his wife for the excellent hospitality they provided and thanks for letting us stay in the villa a few hours extra on our last day as we had a late flight.

Extra Costs

Electricity: Due to the low rental cost of our villas and the high cost of electric, for each weekly rental a limit of 200 kw per week is included in the villa costing. If you use more than 200kw then there is a surcharge of 0.20 cents per extra KW used.

Extra occupancy: If all beds are fully occupied and extra people wish to use the sofa bed that is available, there is a surcharge per person per week. Please enquire to get a correct quotation
